The chemical-free cooling is a big plus for me since my pup has sensitive skin, and it really does stay cooler for a solid walk. Only wish the strap was a bit more adjustable for thicker necks, but it’s held up well over a few washings.
It does a solid job keeping the heat off during our midday walks, and I like that the cooling effect is chemical-free since my pup licks everything. Only wish the fabric felt a bit thicker for longer hikes, but for everyday use it's been working well.
Dog's been panting a lot on our morning runs, so I grabbed this mainly for the chemical-free cooling claim. It really does feel cooler to the touch after a quick soak and wring, though I wish it stayed chilly a bit longer on really hot days.
